Can we check-in after 1 pm?

Yes, we have contactless check-in. Just let us know what time you are expected to arrive. You will receive a lockbox code before your arrival which will contain your key to the dome.

Can I check out later then 11am?

No, our normal check-out time included in your stay is 10 am. If you would like to add late checkout at 11 am to your stay, you can add this to your cart when booking your room online.

Can I bring my pet?

No, our luxury domes are not pet-friendly.

Do you take a bond/deposit and when do I receive this back?

Yes, we take a $150 pre-authorization prior to your stay, this is in case of damages or use of your mini bar located in your dome. This will automatically be released and depending on your bank will anywhere from 7 - 30 business days. Please contact your bank if you are unsure. 

Can I bring my children to stay with us in the domes?

No, our domes are for 2 Adults only.

Do I bring my own food?

We have a restaurant on-site open Wednesday - Sunday for lunch and dinner.

Are the windows glass?

No, the windows are not glass they are PVC (plastic) which means they can be cloudy and unclear at times.
